Studies performed by the USDA and researchers at Clemson University found that grass-fed, grass-finished beef have higher amounts in omega-3 fatty acids. These are the healthy fats found in salmon, flaxseed and walnuts.
We use a rotational grazing method that is much healthier for our lands and our livestock. We strongly believe that everything that we do must be beneficial and sustainable for our livestock and the land we raise them on.
